减排是钢铁行业发展的必由之路,文章主要介绍了钢铁企业水处理技术、钢铁企业供排水系统建设。根据钢铁行业生产特性和工序用水控制措施,以河钢承德钢铁公司的生产废水零排放为例,分析了供排水系统建设所解决的的问题,并探讨钢铁企业废水零排放的经验做法。以循环水模型和水质计算判断软件为基础建设科学的供排水系统。

The emission reduction is the only way for the development of iron and steel industry.This article mainly introduces the water treatment technology of iron and steel enterprises and the construction of water supply and drainage system of iron and steel enterprises.According to the production characteristics of the iron and steel industry and the water control measures of the process water,taking the zero discharge of the production wastewater of Hegang Chengde Iron and Steel Company as an example,the problems solved by the construction of the water supply and drainage system are analyzed,and then the experience of zero discharge of the wastewater of the steel enterprises.Scientific water supply and drainage system is built based on circulating water model and water quality calculation and judgment software.
