This paper introduces the process design of magnesium alloy coil finishing line in detail from three aspects:process flow,process equipment and auxiliary medium.Through the procedures of heating,continuous shearing,aging straightening,fine shearing,continuous sanding,rinsing and drying of magnesium alloy coil,the problem of continuous finishing of large-weight wide-width sheet magnesium alloy coil in a factory was solved,and high quality wide-width magnesium alloy sheet was produced,which can be used in automobile,rail transit,3C,etching plate and other industries.
