摘要
轧线生产时产生的氧化铁皮粉尘对操作人员的健康危害极大,增加设备安全运行隐患,系统地解决轧线除尘问题十分必要。本文对多级尘雾分离系统进行设计研究,除尘用水经过滤器循环使用,避免对轧线原水处理系统造成负担,除尘器特殊的结构,使得系统运行稳定,除尘器使用寿命更长,能有效收集车间粉尘,满足超低排放要求,大大改善车间生产环境。
The oxide dust in the production of rolling wire has great harm to the health of operators and increases the hidden danger of safe operation of equipment,It is necessary to solve the dust removal problem of rolling line systematically.This paper systematically designs and studies the multistage dust separation system.The dust removal water is recycled through the filter,avoid the burden on the raw water treatment system of rolling line.The special structure of the dust collector makes the system run stably,the dust collector can effectively collect the dust in the workshop,and meet the requirements of ultra-low emission.significantly improve the workshop production environment.
