摘要
本文综述了各合金元素在铬锰镍氮系奥氏体不锈钢中的主要作用以及对钢种耐腐蚀性能、奥氏体平衡系数、马氏体转变点以及层错能的影响。基于下游冷轧各企业产品的整体使用情况及评价,对主流钢铁企业制管类200系产品成分标准及其性能指标进行研究分析。分析结果表明:马氏体转变系数Md30/50、奥氏体平衡系数、层错能γSEF(mJ/m2)以及Creq、Nieq、PREN等性能指标及其机理研究可以为铬锰镍氮系奥氏体不锈钢成分设计提供较为全面系统的理论支撑。
The main roles of various alloying elements in austenitic stainless steel of Cr-Mn-Ni-N System and their effects on the corrosion resistance,austenite balance coefficient,martensite transformation point and stacking fault energy of steel grades were reviewed in this Paper.Based on the overall use and evaluation of products in downstream cold rolling enterprises,the composition standards and performance indexes of 200-series piping products in mainstream iron and steel enterprises were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the study on performance indexes,such as martensite transformation coefficient Md30/50,austenite equilibrium coefficient,stacking fault energyγSEF(mJ/m~2),Creq,Nieq,PREN and its mechanism can provide a more comprehensive and systematic theoretical support for the composition design of Cr-Mn-Ni-N System austenitic stainless steel.
