摘要
津西2000m^(3)高炉炉腹、炉身部位7段、8段、9段冷却壁(冷却壁为水冷镶砖球墨铸铁结构)频繁出现超高现象且极其不稳定,最高温度达718℃,直接制约着高炉强化冶炼及高炉寿命。通过采取对入炉料质量的管理,降低入炉粉末;不断寻求最优装料制度和送风制度,最终冷却壁温得到了有效控制,高炉实现了高产、低耗。
The cooling stave at the belly and shaft of Jinxi 2000m^(3)blast furnace(the cooling stave is of water-cooled brick-inlaid ductile iron structure)is frequently out of tolerance and extremely unstable,with the highest temperature reaching 718℃,which directly restricts the intensified smelting and the service life of the blast furnace.By strengthening the quality management of raw materials entering the furnace,the powder entering the furnace can be reduced;Constantly seeking the optimal charging system and air supply system,the temperature difference of cooling stave was effectively controlled,and the blast furnace achieved high yield and low consumption.
