摘要
介绍了钛合金的表面强化处理技术,综合评述了钛合金表面氮化工艺、渗碳工艺和渗硼工艺的应用。通过钛合金表面强化处理,提高其硬度,表面耐疲劳和耐磨损性能,使其在航空航天、船舶、兵器、电子、石油、化工、医疗等军用及民用领域得到日益广泛的应用价值。
The surface strengthening technology of titanium alloy was introduced,and the application of nitriding,carburizing and boronizing process on titanium alloy surface was comprehensively reviewed.Through the surface strengthening treatment of titanium alloy,its hardness,surface fatigue resistance and wear resistance are improved,making it increasingly widely used in military and civil fields such as aerospace,shipbuilding,weapons,electronics,petroleum,chemical industry,and medical treatment.
