中俄轧机油膜轴承差异研究

Research on Differences of Rolling Oil Film Bearings between China and Russia

以中俄经典的两种轧机油膜轴承为例,阐述了中俄轧机油膜轴承差异。研究结果表明,两者结构上均由承载、止推、锁紧、密封四个功能单元组成,但不同点在于两者为实现四种功能所采用了不同的形式;在安装维护上,两者的操作流程基本一致,但中式借助了液压机构及较多橡胶件辅助密封。两者结构各有特点,但殊途同归。研究结果对从事油膜轴承研发及使用维护,具有借鉴作用。

This paper takes two classic rolling oil film bearings of China and Russia as an example,the differences of rolling oil film bearings between China and Russia are expounded.The research results show that the two structures are composed of four functional units of bearing,thrust,locking and sealing,but the difference lies in the different forms used by the two to achieve the four functions;in terms of installation and maintenance,the two The operation process is basically the same,but the Chinese type uses hydraulic mechanisms and more rubber parts to assist in sealing.The two structures have their own characteristics,but they reach the same goal.The research results can be used as a reference for the development and maintenance of oil film bearings.
