摘要
为了解决地下连续墙拆除工程难题,宁波市地铁2号线启运路站采用绳锯无损切割技术进行混凝土拆除施工。该方法通过对地下连续墙切除区域的精确分划及绳锯设备的合理布置完成墙体切割,再使用倒链及吊车相互配合取出混凝土切块。通过现场实例验证,该方法在地下连续墙拆除施工中,具有切面平整、无尘、低噪、高效等优点。
In order to solve the problem of the engineering requirements in the demolition of diaphragm wall,the technology of non-destructive rope saw cutting is used in the concrete demolition for Qiyunlu station on the line 2 of Ningbo Metro.The wall cutting is achieved by accurately dividing the resection area of the diaphragm wall,and reasonable use of rope saw equipment.then the chain and crane are used together to remove the concrete block.The field example proved that the method has such advantages as smooth section,clean,low noise and high efficiency in the demolition of diaphragm wall.
