大数据在医院建筑使用后评价指标体系的运用研究

Research on the application of big data in post occupancy evaluation index system of hospital buildings

医院建筑作为一种功能复杂、持续动态、涉及领域广泛的特殊建筑类型,合理、科学地进行医院建筑使用后评价尤为重要。以北京某三甲医院为例,通过大数据爬虫技术对患者在互联网上对医院评价的数据进行收集与处理分析,结果表明:就医效率、空间与布局、体验、交通、设施、外观、标识是患者最为关注的7个维度,为优化医院建筑使用后评价的指标体系,以及对医院建筑的主观评价提供新的方法与路径。

As a special building type with complex functions,continuous dynamics and wide influence,the rational and scientific post occupancy evaluation of hospital building is particularly important.In this paper,a 3 A hospital in Beijing is taken as an example to collect,analyze and process the evaluation data of patients on the Internet.The results show that the efficiency of medical treatment,space and layout,experience,transportation,facilities,appearance and logo are the seven aspects that patients pay most attention to.The index system of post evaluation of hospital buildings is optimized,and a new method and path are provided for the subjective evaluation of hospital buildings.
