摘要
从优质菌种选育、品质调控和自动化生产3个角度创建了蛹虫草工厂化优质生产技术体系。建立适用于工厂化栽培的蛹虫草菌种选育技术路线,通过蛹虫草杂交育种获得优良菌株,量产后筛选优良子实体进行杂交育种。以期由此方法保证蛹虫草工厂化栽培育种的良性循环和高质量生产种的持续供应。建成蛹虫草工厂化、自动化生产配套设备设施,符合自动化生产车间的蛹虫草栽培工艺,实现优质蛹虫草自动化、标准化生产,极大降低生产成本,提高产品品质。蛹虫草工厂化优质生产技术体系可为食用菌生产企业提供借鉴和帮助,对行业的发展具有促进作用。
From the three perspectives of"high quality strain breeding","quality control"and"automatic production",a Cordyceps militaris factory quality production technology system has been established.Establish the technical route of C.militaris strain selection for factory cultivation,and obtain excellent strains through crossbreeding of C.militaris.After mass production of the excellent strains,continue to screen excellent decorative fruiting bodies for crossbreeding,through multiple cycles.Thus,a virtuous cycle of industrial breeding cultivation of C.militaris and high quality production seeds were ensured for the C.militaris cultivation.The equipment facilities for industrial and automated production of C.militaris have been built.The technology of C.militaris cultivation suitable for automated production workshop has been determined.Our strong technical force,exquisite workmanship,advanced equipment and high quality products of C.militaris to achieve automation and standardization which has greatly reduced production costs and improved product quality.The high quality production technology system of C.militaris provides reference and help for other industry enterprises,also has a good promoting effect on industry development.
