摘要
报道了光催化苯乙烯与BrCF_(2)CO_(2)Me的2∶2偶联反应,通过原位生成的β-CF_(2)CO_(2)Me取代的苄基自由基完成偶联反应.该反应官能团兼容性好,适用于多种底物类型,可以高产率合成双-二氟乙酸酯己雌酚衍生物.
Photoredox-catalyzed 2∶2 coupling of styrene and BrCF_(2)CO_(2)Me is reported,which undergoes a homo-coupling of in situ generatedβ-CF_(2)CO_(2)Me substituted benzyl radical.The reaction features a wide substrate scope and functional group tolerance to afford bis-difluoroacetylated hexestrol derivatives with high yields.
