摘要
河流生态系统价值核算研究有助于深化人类对河流生态系统的认识,推动落实绿色发展理念.该研究结合河流生态系统的基本功能,建立了基于人类需求的河流生态系统价值核算指标体系,并以长江中游荆江河段为例,以荆江航道整治工程的实施为背景,开展了河流生态价值核算与变化分析.研究结果表明,荆江河流生态系统在航道整治工程施工前的2011年总价值2829.35亿元,工程施工中前期的2013年为3330.87亿元,施工后期的2015年为3768.66亿元,生态环境价值占比超过80%;航道整治工程施工前后荆江河流生态系统的价值量为持续增长,期间生态环境价值占比下降,休闲娱乐价值占比提升;经济子系统与生态子系统由中度协调向良好协调转变,但生态承载力相对下降,且其发展滞后于经济的发展.
The research on river ecosystem evaluation is helpful for promoting the understanding of river ecosystems and the concept of green development.Starting from the basic functions of river ecosystem,this study proposed an evaluation index system of river ecosystem value based on human needs.Against the background of the Jingjiang waterway regulation project in the Middle reach of Yangtze River,this paper carries out the ecological value calculation and change analysis.The results indicated that:(1)The total value of Jingjiang river ecosystem is 282.935 billion yuan in 2011 before the project,333.087 billion in 2013 at the beginning of project,and 376.866 billion yuan in 2015 at the ending stage of the project,with the value of ecological environment accounted for more than 80%;(2)The value of the Jingjiang river ecosystem has been continuously growing with the waterway regulation engineering construction,at the same time,the proportion of the ecological environment value decreased,while the leisure and entertainment value increased;(3)The economic subsystem and ecological subsystem changed from moderate coordination to good coordination,nevertheless,the ecological carrying capacity decreased relatively with a slower pace of development than the economy.
