摘要
为研究轴心受压钢管构件加固后的力学性能,通过对2根未加固钢管构件、2根套管加固钢管构件和2根黏钢加固钢管构件的轴心受压试验,分析了套管和黏钢加固对轴心受压钢管构件的破坏模态、刚度、延性和承载能力及构件位移特征和应变发展情况的影响.结果表明,构件加固前后的破坏模态一致,静载下套管和黏钢加固后钢管构件的承载能力、刚度和延性均有提高.长细比越大,构件加固后屈服荷载和极限荷载提高幅度越大.由于外黏钢板与钢管构件能更有效协同受力,黏钢加固钢管构件承载能力提高效果更好.
To study mechanical properties of reinforced steel tube subjected to axial compression,two unreinforced steel tube specimens,two reinforced specimens by sleeve pipe and two reinforced specimens by sticking steel plate were concentrically loaded to failure.The failure mode,stiffness,ductility,load carrying capacity,displacement characteristics and strain development of the specimens were investigated.The results indicated that failure modes of specimens are consistent.The stiffness,ductility and bearing capacity of the specimens can be improved with sleeve pipe or sticking steel plate reinforcement.The higher the slenderness ratio,the greater the increase in amplitude of the yield load and ultimate load for the reinforced specimens.The bearing capacity of steel tube reinforced by sticking steel plate is higher due to the effective coworking between outer sticking steel plate and steel tube.
