管状过渡约束阻尼结构的阻尼特性分析

摘要 引入"过渡层"概念,提出一种管状过渡约束阻尼结构;过渡层可进一步扩大阻尼层剪切变形,使得管状过渡约束阻尼结构比传统管状约束阻尼结构具有更好的减振效果;基于黏弹性理论与薄壳理论,综合考虑结构相邻各层间的相互作用力和过渡层、黏弹阻尼层本身的剪切耗能作用,推导出了在谐激励作用下管状过渡阻尼结构的一阶常微分矩阵控制方程;应用齐次扩容精细积分法求解控制方程,获得管状约束阻尼结构阻尼特性的解析解,并与有限元方法进行对比研究,验证了本文方法的可靠性. The concept of "transition layer" is introduced and the tubular transition layer constrained damping structure(TTLCDS) is proposed. The transition layer can further enlarge the deformation of damping layer to make TTLCDS have a much better damping effect than that of tradition damping structure. Based on the theories of viscoelastic materials and thin cylindrical shells,the governing equation describing vibration of TTLCDS under harmonic excitation,which can be written in a matrix differential equation of first order,is derived by considering the interactions between adjoining layer and the dissipation due to the shear deformation of transition layer and viscoelastic layer. By using the extended homogeneous capacity precision integration approach to solve the control equation,it gives an analytical method to study damping characteristics of TTLCDS. The method provided by the article is reliable,which can be tested by comparing the results computed by using the article method and by FEM.
