摘要
某炼钢厂转炉采用炉后固定式的激光式转炉炉衬测厚仪,测量并计算转炉在生产期间的炉衬变化,以便指导转炉炉衬的耐材维护。由于转炉炉口的工况条件,在测量过程中涉及高温,且该炉壁测厚仪是固定式装置,仪器长期受到高温辐射,因此可靠的冷却系统是设备稳定运行的基础。本文通过对原有进口的冷却系统进行自主改造和优化,结合进口设备出现的问题,阐述了如何在提升冷却效率的同时降低设备故障率,保证测厚仪的高效稳定运行。
or:In order to guide the material maintenance of the converter lining,the thickness gauge of the laser lining is used to measure and calculate the lining changes during the production of the converter.Due to the working conditions of the converter mouth,high temperature is involved in the measurement process,and the thickness gauge of the furnace wall is a fixed device,the instrument has been exposed to high temperature radiation for a long time,so a reliable cooling system is the basis for the stable operation of the equipment.In this paper,the original imported cooling system was independently modified and optimized,and combined with the problems of imported equipment,how to improve the cooling efficiency and reduce the equipment failure rate to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the thickness gauge was described.
