摘要
本文对国内外烧结烟气循环技术应用现状进行了简单阐述,介绍了烧结烟气循环技术的特点和烧结烟气循环技术的分类,并对两种模式进行分析比较。结合唐山中厚板材有限公司两台210m2烧结机烟气循环改造项目,介绍了该技术的工艺特点、应用情况、节能减排效果及产品产量和质量影响情况。
In this paper,the application status of sintering flue gas circulation technology at home and abroad is briefly described,the characteristics of sintering flue gas circulation technology and the classification of sintering flue gas circulation technology are introduced,and the two modes are analyzed and compared.Combined with the flue gas cycle transformation project of two 210 m2 sintering machine in Tangshan Zhonghou plate Co.,Ltd.,the process characteristics,application,energy saving and emission reduction effect,product output and quality impact of the technology are introduced.
