摘要
对新三洲特钢有限公司采用钛微合金化工艺生产的HRB400E热轧带肋钢筋中TiN的析出行为进行了计算,并对钢筋晶粒度和力学性能进行了检测,结果表明:HRB400E钢的Ti含量控制在0.0050%~0.0080%时,在液相线温度以上不会有TiN析出,HRB400E钢氮含量控制在0.009915%~0.012395%,TiN在液相线温度和固相线温度之间析出。配合合理的低温快浇制度析出的TiN能够起到细化晶粒的作用。通过钛微合金化工艺生产的HRB400E热轧带肋钢筋,铁素体晶粒度达到了11级以上,抗拉强度达到了610MPa以上。
The precipitation behavior of Ti N in HRB400 E hot rolled ribbed steel bars produced by Xinsanzhou Special Steel Co., Ltd adopting Titanium microalloying was calculated, and the grain size and mechanical properties of the steel bars were detected, the results show that the Ti content of HRB400 Eis controlled between0.0050% and 0.0080%, there is no TiN precipitation above liquidus temperature. The nitrogen content of HRB400 E in Xin Sanzhou was controlled between 0.009915% and0.012395%, TiN between liquidus temperature and solidus temperature. TiN precipitated with reasonable low temperature rapid casting system can refine the grain. The ferrite grain size of HRB400 E produced by titanium microalloying has reached above grade 11, and the tensile strength has reached 610 MPa.
