塔吊安装及作业中存在的安全隐患及预防措施分析

塔吊作为建筑施工场地常见的起重机械,不仅安装及拆除的专业要求较高,且安装质量对设备稳定运行具有重要作用。为了减少塔吊运行过程中的倒塌、倾覆、吊臂折断等安全事故,文章从塔吊安装流程入手,探讨安装及作业过程中存在的积水隐患、起升高度限制器问题、作业限制器质量问题及其他外部安全问题,并在此基础上提出做好基础防水工作、严格操作检查起升高度限制器、加强主要限制器安全维护,以及应对外部安全隐患的针对性措施,以提升确保塔吊安装及作业的安全性,从而提高建筑施工塔吊安装与作业的安全管理水平。

As a common lifting machinery in construction sites,tower crane not only has high professional requirements for installation and demolition,but also the installation quality plays an important role in the stable operation of equipment.In order to reduce the safety accidents such as collapse,dumping and boom breakage during the operation of tower crane,this paper starts from the installation process of tower crane,discusses the hidden dangers of water accumulation,the problem of lifting height limiter,the quality problem of operation limiter and other external safety problems in the process of installation and operation.On this basis,it is proposed to do a good job of basic waterproofing,strictly operate and check the lifting height limiter,strengthen the safety maintenance of the main limiter,and take targeted measures to ensure the safety of tower crane installation and operation,so as to improve the safety management level of tower crane installation and operation in the construction.
