摘要
城市隧道利用铁砂混凝土配重抵消隧道对地下水的浮力,可以满足地铁管理部门提出的隧道下方预留地铁通道的要求,也能满足隧道的抗浮要求及地铁管理部门的相关要求。文章以广州某新建道路隧道为研究背景,结合工程实际情况,对采用普通水泥混凝土配重及铁砂混凝土配重的两种不同工况进行计算分析,制订了具体的设计方案,总结了所采用的材料及要求,并提出了铁砂混凝土施工中的质量控制措施,以供参考。
The urban tunnel uses the iron sand concrete counterweight to offset the buoyancy of the tunnel to the groundwater,which can meet the requirements of the subway management department to reserve the subway channel under the tunnel,and can also meet the anti-floating requirements of the tunnel and the relevant requirements of the subway management department.This paper first introduces the basic situation,design analysis,construction scheme and construction process of the project,and then calculates and analyzes the actual project,and puts forward the quality control measures in the construction of iron sand concrete for reference.
