国际EPC工程设计履约能力提升策略研究

Research on Improvement Strategy of International EPC Engineering Design Compliance Capability

国际工程大多采用EPC总承包模式,该模式可以发挥设计的主导作用,通过整体优化项目的实施方案实现设计、采购和施工各阶段的合理交叉和充分协调,特别是利用工程总承包企业的项目管理和技术创新优势实现节省投资、缩短工期和提高质量的建设目标。文章针对我国在国际EPC工程中存在的主要问题,重点从国际标准应用、设计理念和习惯、设计人员的综合素质及属地化建设方面提出了有助于提升国际EPC工程设计履约能力的建议。

Most international projects adopt the EPC general contracting mode,which can give full play to the leading role of design.Through the overall optimization of the implementation plan of the project,the reasonable intersection and full coordination of the design,procurement and construction stages can be achieved.In particular,the construction goals of saving investment,shortening construction period and improving quality can be achieved by taking advantage of the project management and technological innovation of the general contracting enterprises.In view of the main problems existing in China’s international EPC engineering,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance ability of international EPC engineering design from the application of international standards,design concepts and habits,comprehensive quality of designers and localization construction.
