Under the background of rapid urbanization,the demand for modern residential buildings is increasing.In order to improve the practicability and functionality of modern residential buildings and meet the needs of the development of the times,it is necessary to improve the quality of modern residential building design through relevant strategies.This paper mainly studies the modern building design.By introducing the basic principles of modern residential building design,it summarizes the problems existing in the design,and puts forward the optimization strategies for effectively carrying out modern residential architectural design,aiming to help improve its quality.
