窗墙体系控制下的当代教育建筑立面设计可能性探讨——以上海电影艺术职业学院金山新校区设计为例

Discussion on the Possibility of Facade Design of Contemporary Educational Buildings under the Control of Window and Wall System——Taking the Design of Jinshan New Campus of Shanghai Film Art Academy as an Example

当代教育建筑风格的发展日新月异,建造技术也渐趋成熟,由于教育建筑本身对玻璃幕墙比例有着严格的控制,加上出资方造价控制的需要,常给设计带来较大的挑战,既要造价低廉,又要造型优美。因此,建筑市场对教育建筑的立面设计提出了更高的要求。文章以上海电影艺术职业学院金山新校区设计为例,从教育建筑的立面设计要求出发,分析在窗墙体系控制下的当代教育建筑立面设计的要点及可能性,以供参考。

With the rapid development of contemporary educational building styles,the construction technology is also becoming more and more mature.Due to the strict control of the proportion of glass curtain walls in educational building itself and the need for cost control of investors,it often brings great challenges to the design,which requires both low cost and beautiful shape.Therefore,the construction market puts forward higher requirements for the facade design of educational buildings.Taking the design of Jinshan New Campus of Shanghai Film Art Academy as an example,this paper analyzes the key points and possibilities of the facade design of contemporary educational buildings under the control of window and wall system from the perspective of the facade design requirements of educational buildings for reference.
