民乐县洪水河民乐大桥段河道环境治理工程设计及效益分析

Engineering Design and Benefit Analysis of River Environmental Governance in Minle Bridge Section of Hongshui River in Minle County

洪水河穿县城而过,是民乐县城市生态系统的重要组成部分,也是城市防洪的重要衔接、水资源的重要载体、生态环境的关键要素。文章通过分析项目建设的必要性和可行性,为项目的实施提供了坚实的理论依据,并明确了项目质量原则、范围及目标,还对输水管道、景观水池、溢流堰、防洪堤等主要建筑物进行了优化设计。工程实施后,防洪减灾效果良好,生态效益、社会效益显著。

Hongshui river passing through the county is an important part of Minle County’s urban ecosystem.It is also an important link of urban flood control,an important carrier of water resources and a key element of ecological environment.By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the project construction,this paper provides a solid theoretical basis for the implementation of the project,and clarifies the quality principles,scope and objectives of the project,and also optimizes the design of the main buildings such as water pipelines,landscape pools,overflow weirs,and flood control dikes.After the implementation of the project,the flood control and disaster reduction effect is good,and the ecological and social benefits are remarkable.
