With the rapid development of information technology in the construction industry,the big data of employee management is gradually formed.Data comes from the work,study and life of employees.Through quality control and comprehensive analysis of the data,it can be used to explore and empower the management of smart residential construction personnel,and better promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.This paper analyzes the quality of archives data of employees in the construction field from the stages of data collection,data sorting,data storage and data application,and studies the data quality management method in depth.The purpose is to construct the data quality management system,improve the quality of relevant data of employees in the construction field,and ensure that the value of data is effectively utilized.
