为了确保市政工程管理工作效率及质量得到全面提高,工作人员在管理工作中开始采用计算机信息系统,收集与分析市政工作施工过程中的各项数据信息,同时向市场工程项目负责人提供相应的施工决策依据,以此确保市场工程项目施工质量,提高市场工程施工效率。文章通过介绍计算机信息系统,对其在工程管理中的重要性进行分析,结合当前应用过程中存在的问题,提出应对措施,保障施工管理工作质量,并有效控制市政工程施工安全及施工质量。

In order to ensure the overall improvement of the efficiency and quality of municipal engineering management,the staff began to use the computer information system in the management work to collect and analyze the data and information in the construction process of municipal engineering.At the same time,they provided the corresponding construction decision-making basis for the market engineering project managers,so as to ensure the quality of market engineering construction and improve its construction efficiency.This paper introduces the computer information system and analyzes its importance in engineering management.Combined with the problems existing in the current application process,it puts forward countermeasures to ensure the quality of construction management and effectively control the construction safety and quality of municipal engineering.
