摘要
一般情况下,建筑物的动力特性来源于它的固有特点,依靠相关理论计算得到的结果都是经过简化处理的,无法反映出建筑物结构固有特性。但对建筑物实体的动力特性测试中不仅包含理论上的分析,也包含边界条件、施工影响因素以及节点构造等方面内容。通过对相关参数进行测试分析,可以使建筑检测鉴定结果更加科学合理,以供参考。
In general,the dynamic characteristics of a building come from its inherent particularity.The results calculated by relevant theories are all simplified and can’t reflect the inherent characteristics of the building structure.However,the test of dynamic characteristics of building entities includes not only theoretical analysis,but also boundary conditions,construction influencing factors,node structure and other aspects.Through the test and analysis of relevant parameters,the results of building inspection and appraisal can be more scientific and reasonable,so as to provide reference and research for relevant industries.
