综合管廊下穿电力方沟原位悬吊保护施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 地下综合管廊工程近距离穿越既有工程施工时,如何保证确保既有工程的运行安全,是地下综合管廊工程施工的重点和难点。文章以北京新机场高速公路地下综合管廊下穿既有110kV电力方沟为例,针对电力方沟原位悬吊问题,通过建立悬吊保护力学计算简化模型,对悬吊体系主要构件的强度和变形进行了力学验算,并结合现场电力方沟变形沉降监测进行验证。工程实践表明,电力方沟原位悬吊保护沉降变形在控制范围内,原位悬吊保护施工技术具有较高的安全性及可靠性,可被广泛应用于地下工程施工过程中所遇到的类似管道的原位保护,具有良好的工程实践价值。 How to ensure the operation safety of the existing project is the key and difficult point in the construction of the utility tunnel when it passes through the existing project in a short distance.This paper takes the case of the utility tunnel of Beijing New Airport Expressway crossing through 110 kV power tunnel as an example.Aiming at the problem of in-situ suspension of power tunnel,a simplified mechanical calculation model of suspension protection is established,and mechanical strength calculation of the strength and deformation of the main components of the suspension system was carried out,combined with the deformation and settlement monitoring of power tunnel on site.The engineering practice shows that the settlement deformation of the in-situ suspension protection of the power tunnel is within the control range,and the construction technology of in-situ suspension protection has high safety and reliability,which can be widely used in the in-situ protection of similar projects encountered in the construction process of underground projects,and has good engineering practice value.
