大型站房屋盖支座落位卸载技术研究

摘要 杭州南站屋盖钢结构桁架滑移安装工程中,屋面桁架跨度大,屋盖支座落位安装精度要求高、难度大,采用"千斤顶+钢板垫块"逐级、分批、分区对称卸载的方法进行落位卸载。文章重点介绍了支座落位卸载技术原理、施工流程、具体措施、控制要点,最后用有限元软件AYSNS对支座结构构件的应力和变形进行分析计算,结果表明支座落位实际效果理想,既保证了卸载的效率,又保证了结构的安全及施工质量,达到了预期目标。 In the Hangzhou Steel Plant’s steel truss slide truss installation project,the roof truss span is large,and the roof mounting accuracy is high and difficult.The"jack+steel plate"is used in stages,The construction process,the concrete measures and the control points are introduced.Finally,the stress and deformation of the bearing structure are analyzed and calculated by the finite element software AYSNS.The results show that the method of unloading and unloading is carried out.Bearing the actual effect of the ideal place,both to ensure the efficiency of unloading,but also to ensure the safety of the structure and construction quality,to achieve the desired objectives.
