一种压阻水位计接线盒保护装置的创新设计

摘要 水位资料收集是水电水利工程勘察设计工作最为基础的工作之一,随着国内水电水利工程开发进程已进入后半程,越来越多的工程勘察设计工作开始进入荒无人烟的高寒山区和深山峡谷中,导致水位资料的收集难度越来越大,而记录式压阻水位计以其价格低廉、安装维护简单、精度较高等优点,在生产实践中,取得较好的应用,但是传统的压阻水位计接线盒保护方式造价高、可靠性较差,影响了记录式压阻水位计的应用及推广。文章通过压阻水位计接线盒保护装置的创新设计,解决了传统方法的缺陷与不足,在生产实践中取得良好的效果,取得了较大的经济效益。 Water stage data collection is one of the most basic surveying and designing work for hydraulic and hydro-power engineering.In China,hydraulic and hydro-power engineering has currently entered remote,uninhabited alpine regions,which features high mountains and deep gorges.Consequently,the work of water stage data collection becomes increasingly difficult.Pressure-type stage recorder features low price,easy installation and maintenance and fine precision,which is supposed to promote its application in engineering.However,the traditional version of the gauge has one major shortcoming,i.e.the protective device for its junction box suffering from the limitations of high production cost and poor reliability,which restricts its widespread use.This paper innovated the design of the protective device,and therefore resolved the shortcoming of the traditional version.Consequently,the gauge finds wide use in engineering activities and achieves great economic benefits.
