血硒与高血压关系的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the relationship between blood selenium and hypertension

目的通过Meta分析综合评价血硒与高血压之间的关系。方法检索PubMed、Embase、CBM、万方、维普及中国知网数据库数据库中关于血硒与高血压相关性的文章,采用RevMan 5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12篇文献,总计5422例患者。Meta分析结果显示,血硒对高血压的总体效应具有保护性效应[SMD=-2.76,95%CI(-3.46^-2.06),Z=7.74,P<0.01]。但分层分析显示,在女性、血浆血样、亚洲和北美洲地区及最小入组年龄≥40岁的亚组患者中,均未发现血硒对高血压的保护性效应(P>0.05)。结论总体而言,血硒对高血压具有保护性效应,但在女性、血浆血样、亚洲和北美洲地区及最小入组年龄≥40岁的患者中未见此保护性效应。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between blood selenium and hypertension by Meta-analysis.Methods The data related to the relationship between blood selenium and hypertension were searched from the databases of PubMed,EMBASE,CBM,Wanfang,VIP and CNKI and a Metaanalysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 12 articles with 5,422 cases was included.Meta-analysis showed that blood selenium had a protective effect on the overall effect of hypertension[SMD=-2.76,95%CI(-3.46^-2.06),Z=7.74,P<0.01],but stratification analysis in the groups of female,plasma blood samples,Asia,North America areas and the patients with a minimum age of entry into the group≥40 years did not show the protective effect of blood selenium on the hypertension(P>0.05).Conclusion Blood selenium on the whole has a protective effect on hypertension.The protective effect is not seen in the groups of female,plasma blood samples,Asia and North America areas and the patients with a minimum age of entry into the group≥40 years.
