甘美达凝胶对成人低温等离子扁桃体切除术后疼痛的疗效

Effect of kamistad gel on pain after low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy in adults

目的观察甘美达凝胶治疗成人低温等离子扁桃体切除术后疼痛的疗效。方法90例行低温等离子扁桃体切除术的成人患者随机均分为两组,术后分别给予甘美达凝胶(试验组)及安慰剂(对照组)止痛。比较两组治疗前后疼痛缓解率、口腔异味发生率、唾液pH值和口腔致病菌数量的变化。结果两组治疗前VAS疼痛评分、口腔异味发生率和口腔致病菌数量均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组治疗后3min和8min的疼痛缓解率升高,治疗后第4天口腔异味发生率和口腔致病菌数量降低(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后唾液pH值均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论甘美达凝胶对低温等离子扁桃体切除术后的创伤具有较好的止痛、抗感染及促进愈合的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of kamistad gel on pain after low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy in adults.Methods Ninety adult patients undergoing low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy were randomly and equally divided into two groups.After operation,the patients were treated with kamistad gel(group A)and placebo(group C),respectively.The pain relief rate,incidence of oral odor,salivary pH value and the number of oral pathogens were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in VAS pain score,incidence of oral odor and the number of oral pathogens between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with group C,the pain relief rate at 3 and 8 minutes after treatment was increased,while the incidence of oral odor and the number of oral pathogens on the 4th day after treatment were decreased in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in salivary pH value between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Kamistad gel has better analgesic effect,anti-infection and healing effect after low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy.
