儿童血清25-羟维生素D与过敏性紫癜的相关性

Correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children

目的探讨25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的发生、临床分型和免疫指标之间的关系。方法收集148例初发HSP患儿(观察组)及同期门诊健康体检的75例健康儿童(对照组)的相关资料,分析25(OH)D水平的组间差异以及25(OH)D水平与HSP患儿免疫球蛋白(Ig)和补体水平之间的相关性。结果观察组25(OH)D为(18.40±6.67)ng/mL,低于对照组的(24.08±10.69)ng/mL(P<0.01)。HSP患儿中25(OH)D与IgG呈正相关(r=0.184,P<0.05),尚未发现其与IgA、IgM、IgE、C3和C4之间存在相关性(P>0.05)。结论HSP患儿血清25(OH)D水平较低,维生素D与免疫炎症反应相关,HSP患儿可补充一定量维生素D。

Objective To investigate the relationship of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]with clinical classification and immune indicators in the development of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura(HSP)in children.Methods Clinical data of 148 children with early-onset HSP(group A)and 75 healthy children(group B)were collected,selected.Serum levels of 25(OH)D were detected and analyzed among the four groups.The correlation of 25(OH)D levels with immune protein and complement levels was analyzed between groups of A and B.Results Serum level of 25(OH)D was(18.40±6.67)ng/mL in group A,which was lower than(24.08±10.69)ng/mL in group B(P<0.01).Serum level of 25(OH)D was positively correlated to that of IgG(r=0.184,P<0.05).There were no significant correlations between serum level of 25(OH)D and IgA,IgM,IgE,C3 and C4 levels in the children with HSP(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum level of 25(OH)D in the children with HSP,vitamin D is associated with an tmmune inflammatory response,and the children with HSP can be given vitamin D levels.
