响应当前国家分级诊疗制度的要求,充分发挥互联网医疗平台优势作用,在分析家庭医生签约服务信息化需求的基础上提出了智慧家庭医生服务平台解决方案,开展签约重点人群健康管理,实现线上线下一体化便捷医疗健康服务,为各地开展家庭医生信息化建设提供方向性指导,支撑上下联动的家庭医生服务的开展,推动构建合理就医新秩序。

In response to the current requirements of building hierarchical medical diagnosis and treatment systems in our country,this paper gives full play to the advantages of the Internet medical platform and proposes an intelligent family doctor service platform solution based on the analysis of the informatization needs of family doctor contracting service.The platform can carry out health management of key populations under contract,realize online and offline integrated and convenient medical and health services,provide directional guidance for the construction of family doctor informatization in various regions,support the development of coordinated family doctor services at different levels,and ultimately promote the construction of a new order of reasonable medical treatment.
