基于医联工程的糖尿病大数据中心建设及其在疫情防控中的应用

Construction of diabetes big data center based on the link-healthcare project and its application in COVID-19 prevention and control

目的:探索基于区域医疗大数据平台构建大型专病科研数据中心的模式,为临床研究、疫情防控提供数据支撑。方法:通过对医联工程汇聚的上海市35家市级医院海量临床诊疗数据的深度治理和融合,构建上海市糖尿病临床大数据中心,为管理部门和临床科研人员提供在线数据分析环境。结果:基于医联工程的糖尿病大数据中心探索实践了基于真实世界的临床就诊数据研究和共享模式,为区域内糖尿病预防控制、疫情中患者管理、临床资源配置等方案的制定提供了真实数据参考依据。结论:构建基于区域医疗大数据平台的大型专病科研数据中心模式,可为未来构建更多区域专病科研大数据中心提供有益参考,以满足区域内疾病预防控制、临床科研等需求。

Objective To explore the construction model of a large-scale special disease research data center based on the regional medical big data platform,which can provide data support for clinical research and COVID-19 prevention and control.Methods Through the in-depth governance and integration of the massive clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 35 municipal hospitals in Shanghai gathered by the link-healthcare project,Shanghai Diabetes Clinical Big Data Center was built to provide an online data analysis environment for administrators and clinical researchers.Results The Diabetes Clinical Big Data Center based on the link-healthcare project has explored and implemented a real-world clinical treatment data research and sharing model,providing a real data reference basis for regional diabetes prevention and control,patient management in COVID-19 epidemic,and clinical resource allocation and so on.Conclusion The construction of the large-scale special disease research data center model based on the regional medical big data platform can provide a useful reference for the construction of more regional special disease research big data centers in the future,so as to satisfy the demands for disease prevention and control,and clinical research in the region.
