摘要
目的:分析中国援加纳医疗队应用远程医疗模式在新冠肺炎疫情防控中的作用。方法:分析加纳地区新冠肺炎疫情形势、医疗资源分布不均衡性及医疗队工作的需求特点,组建远程医疗工作小组,构建基于"互联网+"的远程诊疗实施方式,为集中收治、管理新冠肺炎患者提供病情评估、诊疗意见以及心理疏导。结果:该模式合理有效地分配了医疗队的工作时间,实现了医疗队的专业价值最大化,提高了管控效率,为当地疫情防控发挥了重要作用。结论:援外医疗队采用远程医疗实践模式,在受援国疫情救治工作中取得了较为满意的成效,缓和了当地严峻的新冠肺炎疫情防控形势。
Objective:To analyze the role of telemedicine mode applied by Chinese Medical Team to Ghana in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control.Methods:To analyze the COVID-19 epidemic situation in Ghana,the imbalance in the distribution of medical resources,the needs and characteristics of Chinese Medical Team,establish a telemetry working group,and construct the implementation mode of telemetry based on"Internet+",so as to provide disease assessment,diagnosis and treatment advice and psychological counseling for centralized treatment and management of COVID-19 patients.Results:This mode reasonably and effectively allocated the working time of the Chinese Medical Team,maximized the professional value of the medical team,improved the control efficiency,and played an important role in the prevention and control of the local COVID-19 epidemic.Conclusion:By adopting the telemedicine practice mode,Chinese Medical Team can achieve satisfactory results in the epidemic treatment in recipient countries and alleviate the severe local COVID-19 prevention and control situation.
