摘要
目的:建立面向临床、科研、集团化管理的信息技术平台。方法:针对数据驱动的临床研究场景,利用kubernetes集群搭建基于容器技术的分布式架构数据中心,用以实现各类临床数据的结构化、标准化和归一化等处理。结果:通过分布式架构方案,实现了医院数据中心基础设施高可靠的设计需求。结论:为临床应用及科研提供了一套可信赖,可直接分析、利用的高效数据服务系统。
Objective:To establish the information technology platform for clinical,scientific research and group management.Methods:For the data-driven clinical research scenario,the kubernetes cluster is used to build a distributed architecture data center based on container technology to realize the structuring,standardization and normalization of various clinical data.Results:Through the distributed architecture scheme,the high and reliable design requirement of hospital data center infrastructure is realized.Conclusion:It provides a reliable and efficient data service system for clinical application and scientific research,which can be directly used for analysis and utilization.
