基于人工智能物联网的新型区域医疗联合体实践探讨

Practice and Exploration of New Regional Medical Treatment Alliance Based on Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things

目的:探讨研究广东省第二人民医院基于人工智能物联网的新型区域医疗联合体的实践经验,为深化改革、推动分级诊疗提供借鉴与参考。方法:应用5G、人工智能、医疗物联网等新技术,以贯通前、中、后端的"互联网+医疗"平台建设为基础,搭建"互联网+医疗"服务平台、人工智能医生平台、基层医疗物联网平台、远程教育培训平台等医疗服务支撑平台,以形成"省、县、镇、村"互联网医疗服务一体化的运行模式。结果:大力提升了联合体内医疗协同服务效率,拓展了优质医疗资源下沉的渠道和深度,缩短了基层急诊患者诊疗与转诊时间,有效解决了医疗联合体单位技术培训一体化问题。结论:基于人工智能物联网的新型区域医疗联合体是医疗服务的创新模式,可有效提升基层医院的医疗水平和服务能力,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Objective:To explore and study the practical experience of the new regional medical treatment alliance of Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital based on artificial intelligence and Internet of Things,and provide a reference for deepening reform and promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:By using 5 G,artificial intelligence,medical Internet of Things and other new technologies,based on the construction of the"Internet+healthcare"platform connecting the front,middle and back ends,the"Internet+healthcare"service platform,artificial intelligence doctor platform,primary medical Internet of Things platform,remote education and training platform and other service support platforms are built to form the model of integration of Internet medical services in"provinces,counties,towns and villages".Results:The efficiency of healthcare collaboration service in the alliance is greatly improved,the channels and depth of the flow of high-quality medical resources are expanded,the time of diagnosis and treatment and referral of primary emergency patients is reduced,and the problem of the integration about technical training of medical treatment alliance units is effectively solved.Conclusion:The new regional medical treatment alliance based on artificial intelligence and Internet of Things is an innovative model of medical service,which can effectively improve the medical level and service ability of primary hospitals and has certain reference significance.
