Application of the Intelligent Navigation System Based on Bluetooth and WebGL Technology in Hospital Treatment Process

目的:设计一套基于就诊流程的智能导航系统,解决传统院内导航系统无可视化指引、互动性差等问题,实现导航与就诊流程相融合,为患者智能推荐实时、动态的路径规划。方法:利用蓝牙位置服务辅助基站,结合WebGL技术,通过对接院内HIS,借助微信小程序实现院内智能导诊。结果:系统实现了基于就诊流程的导航服务,为患者提供了实时的跨楼层混合空间指引导航,帮助患者快速、精准定位就诊地点,减轻了前台服务人员的工作压力。结论:基于蓝牙与WebGL技术的智能导航系统,缩短了患者的院内寻路时间,改善了就医体验,有效提高了医院数字化管理水平。

Objective:To design an intelligent navigation system based on medical service process to solve the problems of traditional hospital navigation,such as lack of visual guidance and poor interactivity,realize the integration of navigation and medical treatment process,and provide real-time and dynamic path planning and navigation for patients.Methods:Using bluetooth location service to assist base station,combined with WebGL technology,and use the interface of HIS to realize the intelligent navigation system running in WeChat applet.Results:The system realized the navigation service based on the medical treatment process,and provided patients with mixed spatial navigation guidance,which helped patients accurately locate the medical treatment location and reduced the pressure of staff.Conclusion:The intelligent navigation system based on bluetooth and WebGL,shortening the hospital wayfinding time of patients and improving the medical experience,and effectively improve the management of hospital digitalization.
