互联互通背景下医疗数据治理面临的问题与对策

Research on Medical Data Governance Based on Interconnection

高效的数据治理是医疗信息互联互通与医疗数据价值有效挖掘的重要基础。本文从互联互通角度出发,介绍了医疗数据治理的背景与相关概念,指出了目前医疗数据治理存在的典型问题,并提出了对策建议,包括数据质量的保障、元数据管理、主数据管理、数据生存周期的管理等,以期为该方向工作提供启示与参考。

Efficient data governance is an important basis for medical information interconnection and effective exploration of the value of medical data.From the perspective of interconnection,this paper introduces the background and related concepts of medical data governance,points out the typical problems existing in medical data governance currently,and gives countermeasures and suggestions,including data quality assurance,metadata management,master data management and life cycle management of data,in order to provide enlightenment and reference for the work in this direction.
