医共体背景下的区域影像云建设与应用实践

县域医共体建设的根本目的是为居民提供公平可及、系统连续、优质高效的预防、治疗、康复、健康促进等卫生健康服务,满足人民多层次、多样化和持续性的健康需求。贺兰县卫生健康局整合县域内影像检查和诊断医师资源,建设符合紧密型医共体数据资源共享、互联互通应用场景下的县级区域影像系统,打造"一个平台"效应,实现全县影像资源整合与利用,并形成紧密型医共体影像云的样板示范效应。通过全县一体化建设,医共体成员单位共用一个影像系统,优化医疗资源,实现全县影像资源整合与共享,进一步提高设备利用率,降低患者费用,达到较好的应用效果。

The fundamental purpose of the county medical community is to provide residents with fair,accessible,systematic,high-quality and efficient prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,health promotion and other health services to meet the multi-level,diversified and continuous health needs of the people.A county health bureau integrates the resources of imaging examination and diagnostic physicians in the county,and builds a county-level regional imaging system that meets the application scenarios of data resource sharing and interconnection of the close medical community,creating a"one platform"effect and realizing the county’s imaging resources Integrate and utilize,and form a model demonstration effect of a compact medical community image cloud.Through the integrated construction of the whole county,the member units of the medical community share an imaging system,optimize medical resources,realize the integration and sharing of imaging resources throughout the county,further improve equipment utilization,reduce patient costs,and achieve better application effects.
