摘要
目的:合理引导与分流体检者,创造井然有序、舒适的人性化体检环境。方法:结合医院体检中心实际情况,构建全流程多诊室智能导检方案。结果:实现全流程智能导检系统。结论:智能导检系统有效改善了体检秩序,提升了客户体验。
Objective:To build orderly and humanitarian environment in physical examination center of hospital.Methods:We propose the solution for intelligent inspection with multi-consulting room.Results:Whole process intelligent queue system was built.Conclusion:By the application in the of our hospital,the effectiveness of the whole process intelligent queue system was verified.
