摘要
目的:以信息化技术和应用为手段,弥补自助取药机的技术短板,优化发热急诊药品配发管理流程。方法:通过利用自助发药机与急诊药房自动发药监控系统两者的结合,实现发热急诊患者取药的全流程优化。结果:通过信息化流程优化,填补了自助发药机无法发放针剂、异型、冷藏、精麻等药品的短板,实现了发热急诊药房无人值守,患者不出污染区即可完成取药的过程。结论:医院通过发热急诊自助发药机、急诊药房发药监控系统的应用,减少了污染区人员管理成本,提高了医院感染防控水平,为抗击新冠肺炎疫情起到了积极作用。
Objective:Using computer technology and information application,make up for the technical shortcomings of self-help pharmacy,optimize heat emergency medicines allotment management processes.Methods:Combine with the Self-help Pharmacy System and the Automatic Prescription Monitoring System,Achieve full process optimization of Patients take medicine in the fever emergency.Results:By optimizing processes,it fills in the shortcomings of self-help pharmacy that cannot distribute injection,special shape drugs,refrigerated drugs,psychotropic drugs,narcotic drugs,etc.Realized unattended fever emergency pharmacy.Patients can take medicine,without leaving the contaminated area.Conclusion:In Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,application of the Self-help Pharmacy System and the Automatic Prescription Monitoring System,reduced personnel management costs in contaminated area,improved the level of prevention and control of hospital infection.It has a positive effect on the COVID-19 control in our hospital.
