摘要
目的:探索医疗大数据在医院绩效管理的深度应用,为公立医院绩效管理提供思路和方法。方法:整合并治理离散的业务系统数据资源,以数据全覆盖、指标配置化、评分智能化的角度设计并实现绩效管理系统。结果:基于大数据平台的医院绩效管理系统获取的绩效相关数据更全面、准确和及时,通过智能化的系统功能更快速准确地实现医院的绩效管理。结论:基于大数据平台实现医院绩效管理更符合现代化公立医院向精细化管理的发展需要。
Objective:Explore the deep application of medical big data in hospital performance management,and provide ideas and methods for public hospital performance management.Methods:Consolidate and manage discrete business system data resources,to design and implement performance management systems from the perspective of full data coverage,index configuration,and intelligent scoring.Results:Make performance-related data obtained by hospital performance management system based on big data platform more comprehensive,accurate and timely.The performance management of hospitals is realized more quickly and accurately through intelligent system functions.Conclusion:Hospital performance management based on big data platform is more in line with the development requirements of modern public hospitals to fine management.
