摘要 目的:加强外来医疗器械追溯数字管理,提高工作人员清点核验和装配工作效率,探索外来医疗器械追溯过程中的图像与数字结合的创新管理形式。方法:根据消毒供应中心(Central Sterile Supply Department,CSSD)去污区和打包区的工作流程要求,在Visual Studio 2019平台下,利用Open CV开发环境,设计器械信息收集和图像识别相结合的追溯系统模块。收集医院长期使用管理的外来医疗器械及植入物235件,在开发系统模块前延续人工清点装配及纸质管理方式。在干预阶段使用系统模块的图像识别功能及电子信息管理方式。比较使用前后两组的器械辨识率、正确装配率、有效核验率、术后遗失率。结果:该系统基本符合数据信息追溯及图像识别功能,干预组各项评价指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:设计的该系统尝试性地利用图像识别工具作为补充,关注全过程追溯点的数据信息及图像记录,对创新外来医疗器械追溯管理方式具有一定意义。 Objective:In order to strengthen the tracing digital management of foreign medical devices,improve the working efficiency of staff in counting,checking and assembling,and explore the innovative management form combining image and digital in the tracing process of foreign medical devices.Methods:According to the work flow requirements of disinfection supply center(CSSD)decontamination area and packaging area,under the Visual Studio 2019 platform,the OpenCV development environment is used to design the traceability system module combining equipment information collection and image recognition.Collected 235 loaner instrumentations and implants used and managed by the hospital.Continue manual inventory,assembly and paper management before developing system modules.In the intervention stage,the image recognition function and electronic information management mode of the system module are used.To compare the identification rate,correct assembly rate,effective verification rate and postoperative loss rate of the two groups.Results:The system basically conforms to the functions of data information tracing and image recognition,and the evaluation indexes of the intervention group are higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The system tries to use image recognition tool as a supplement,and pays attention to the data information and image records of the tracing point of the whole process.It will be of certain significance to expand the traceability management of loaner instrumentation.
