摘要
目的:在门诊电子病历系统中展开智能语音技术的深度应用。方法:在我院搭建智能语音云平台,构建大规模医学知识图谱与语音服务引擎。采集大量脱敏医疗数据和医生的音频数据,通过深度学习技术,全面优化语言与声学模型。结果:门诊所有科室开展语音应用,语音识别准确率达98%,医生工作效率与临床智能化水平大幅提升。结论:智能语音技术在医疗领域有较好的应用前景,能够提供操作简便、实用高效的应用服务,辅助临床医疗工作,明显提高诊疗效率。未来可进一步与业务系统深度对接,开展专科语音助手的拓展应用。
Objective:To develop the in-depth application of intelligent speech technology in the outpatient electronic medical record system.Methods:A cloud platform for intelligent speech has been built in our hospital to derive a large-scale medical knowledge graph and to create an engine for speech service.A large amount of desensitization medical data and doctors’audio data in our hospital have been collected and used to fully optimize the language and acoustic models with deep learning technology.Results:The intelligent speech application has been carried out in every department of the outpatient clinic and the accuracy of speech recognition has reached 98%,which has greatly improved doctors’work efficiency and the clinical intelligence level.Conclusion:Intelligent speech technology has a good application prospect in the medical field.It can provide simple,practical and efficient application services,assist clinical work,and significantly improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.In the future,it can be integrated further with the clinical service system to develop the expanded application of specialized speech assistants.
