With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent speech technology is gradually changing our lives,and more and more applications are in the field of medical and health.This article mainly analyzes the literature related to medical intelligent speech technology and application,summarizes the development and medical application status of intelligent speech technology at home and abroad,analyzes the algorithm ecology,patent application trend and mainstream recognition framework of medical intelligent speech technology,and finally introduces the application scenarios of medical intelligent speech,and summarizes five development trends of medical intelligent speech.The idea and direction of continuous optimization of speech technology in medical clinical application are given.
