基于Drools规则引擎糖尿病证候及并发症预测研究

Research on the Prediction of Diabetes Syndromes and Complications Based on Drools Rule Engine

目的:基于Drools规则引擎构建的糖尿病证候及并发症诊断辅助决策系统(以下简称"糖尿病诊断辅助决策系统"),可有效预测糖尿病的具体证候及并发症,达到提高诊断效率、保障医疗安全的目的。方法:系统通过构建后台数据处理、规则引擎、接口网页显示的总体架构来实现系统管理者、用户的一系列操作功能。结果:系统将现有中医诊断糖尿病证候及并发症的知识和经验整理规范为刻下症、实验室检查、查体、现病史、既往史五个维度,基于Drools规则引擎实现了对糖尿病证候及并发症的预测。结论:系统提供证候及并发症诊断预测和便捷的糖尿病诊断操作页面,可提高罹患糖尿病人群的自测能力以及辅助医护人员的临床诊断和决策能力。

Objective:Clinical Decision Support System for the diagnosis of diabetes syndrome and complications is built based on the Drools rule engine,it can predict the specific symptoms and complications of diabetes effectively to improve the efficiency and quality of diagnosis.Methods:System can build background data processing,rule engine,interface page display to achieve series of operation functions of system managers and users.Results:System can make its knowledge and experience into current symptoms,laboratory examination,physical examination,history of present illness,previous history,being used to predict the symptoms and complications of diabetes based on the Drools rule engine.Conclusion:System can provide diagnostic prediction of syndromes and complications and convenient diabetes diagnosis page to improve the ability of self-assessment of people with diabetes and the ability of assisting medical staff in clinical diagnosis and decision-making.
