基于信息化的个性化护理质量指标评价系统在儿科门诊输液室的应用研究

Research on the Application of the Individualized Nursing Quality Index Evaluation System Based on Informatization in Pediatric Outpatient Infusion Room

目的:基于信息化技术构建个性化护理质量指标评价系统,探索该系统对儿科门诊输液室患者质量安全及护理管理的应用效果。方法:通过文献回顾、临床护理专家访谈、参照护理相关管理制度,设计个性化护理质量评价指标,开发护理质量指标评价系统,实现临床护理数据挖掘、追溯、分析、预警,最终提高门诊输液室护理质量。结果:在输液护理人员岗位数不变、输液人数相近的前提下2018与2017年相比,各项输液室护理质量指标均有不同程度的改善和提高。结论:个性化护理质量指标评价系统为儿科门诊输液室的护理质量管理提供了新的数据化平台,能有效减少护理缺陷的发生,提高护理工作质量。

Objective:To personalized nursing quality indicators evaluation system based on the information technology,to explore the system quality and safety in patients with pediatric outpatient transfusion room and the application effect of nursing management.Methods:through literature review,clinical nursing experts interview,reference to the relevant management system,design the personalized nursing quality evaluation index,the development of nursing quality index evaluation system,the implementation of clinical nursing data mining,traceability,analysis,early warning,eventually improve the outpatient transfusion room nursing quality.Results:under the premise that the number of posts of infusion nursing staff remained the same and the number of infusion nursing staff was similar,the nursing quality indicators of infusion rooms were improved and improved to different degrees in 2018 and 2017.Conclusion:the evaluation system of personalized nursing quality index provides a new data-oriented platform for nursing quality management of pediatric outpatient infusion room,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing defects and improve the quality of nursing work.
