基层医疗卫生机构中医馆健康信息平台的构建

The Construction of the Health Information Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinics in Grass-roots Medical and Health Institutions

针对当前基层中医馆缺少中医药特色医疗信息系统支撑的情况,研究设计了以分布式存储为核心架构的中医馆健康信息平台。阐述了平台的总体架构、功能结构、业务流程及部署应用等方面的内容。实践证明平台具有先进性、实用性和可靠性,通过采集、传输、汇总和分析基层中医馆业务数据,实现了对基层中医馆的规范化、科学化管理,提高了基层中医药服务的能力、工作质量以及管理水平。

In view of the lack of support of TCM characteristic medical information system,this paper studies and designs a health information platform of TCM clinics based on distributed storage.The general structure,function structure,business process and deployment application of the platform are described.Practice has proved that the platform is advanced,practical and reliable.By collecting,transmitting,compiling and analyzing the business data of the basic Chinese medicine museum,it has achieved the standardization and scientific management of the basic Chinese medicine museum,and has improved the ability,work quality,and management level of the basic Chinese medicine service.
