互联网+医疗视角下本科及以上学历患者网络就医意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Willing to Get Medical Service Online of Patients with Bachelor’s Degree and Above and Influencing Factors under Internet+Healthcare

目的:观察互联网+医疗视角下本科及以上学历患者网络就医意愿,并分析影响因素。方法:选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的150例患者(学历为本科及以上),按照其首选就医方式差异,分为网络就医组与传统就医组,比较两组临床一般资料、对"互联网+医疗"模式发展态度、"互联网+医疗"模式知晓情况、就医模式满意度,并对其影响因素进行logistic回归分析。结果:网络就医组医学专业与互联网相关专业及上网方便患者比例、就医模式满意度、"互联网+医疗"模式知晓评分明显高于传统就医组(P<0.05),对"互联网+医疗"模式发展支持态度明显优于传统就医组(P<0.05);传统就医组年龄>60岁患者比例明显高于网络就医组(P<0.05);年龄大、非医学与互联网相关专业、对"互联网+医疗"模式发展持不支持态度、"互联网+医疗"模式知晓评分低为影响本科及以上学历患者网络就医意愿的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:互联网+医疗视角下本科及以上学历患者网络就医意愿主要影响因素包括年龄大、非医学与互联网相关专业、对"互联网+医疗"模式发展持不支持态度、"互联网+医疗"模式知晓评分低等。

Objective:To observe the willingness of network seeking treatment in patients with bachelor degree or above under the perspective of Internet with medical,analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 150 patients(bachelor degree or above)admitted to the hospital were selected.According to the differences in their preferred seeking treatment methods,they were divided into network seeking treatment group and traditional seeking treatment group.The clinical general data,the attitude for the development of the"Internet with medical"model,awareness for the"Internet with medical"model and satisfaction degree with seeking treatment mode were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The rate of patients with medical specialty,Internet-related specialty and who were convenient for Internet,satisfaction degree with seeking treatment mode,the scores of awareness for the"Internet with medical"model in network seeking treatment group were significantly higher than those in the traditional seeking treatment group(P<0.05),and the support attitude for the development of"Internet with medical"model was significantly better than that in traditional seeking treatment group(P<0.05).The rate of patients older than 60 years old in traditional seeking treatment group was higher than that in network seeking treatment group(P<0.05).The old age,non-medical specialty or Internet-related specialty,opposed attitude for the development of:Internet with medical:model and low scores of awareness for the"Internet with medical"model were independent risk factors affecting willingness of network seeking treatment in patients with bachelor degree or above(P<0.05).Conclusion:The main influencing factors of the willingness of network seeking treatment in patients with bachelor degree or above under the perspective of Internet with medical include old age,non-medical specialty or Internet-related specialty,opposed attitude for the development of"Internet with medical"model and low scores of awareness for the"Internet with medical"model.
